Pathetic service service my reason is that they call out at my place to assess my stove and paid the R 550 call out fees. And guess what they could not diagnose the problem they indicated that the unit be sent to their workshop for further testing. Later they recommend 2 quotes: 1. Element of the stove. 2 PC board how did they arrive at that without a proper diagnosis.
Horrible experience from Telkom call center staff, I'll discipline do not understand customer service and do not have telephonic etiquette. I spoke to Tulo whom was speaking over me while I was speaking thereafter then I requested to speak to her manager she denied me the opportunity, hence there is no call center that does not have a Supervisor or Manager. Later I spoke to Mcedisi whom indicated he will come back to taking my details till now no Mcedisi all these candidate are working for Telkom Gated community call center. I wish to see these individuals suspends atleast for 3months so then they'll understand who pays their salaries. I cannot wait for my contract to end with Telkom to take my business elsewhere where I'll be treated with dignity.
