Upset customer
Hey good evening sorry for responding to you now only work is keeping me so busy but im referring to the fixed deposit saving i even have screenshots that i just took to show you as proof and that its still pending, i even phoned them to fix it and they told me it will be fix in a few minutes. My maturity date was in sept 2024 until today it's still awaiting payout. It's ridiculous honestly

ACCOUNT ON HOLD
My account is still blocked. I requested a call back and was told to get an affidavit which I did. I emailed it it to them and still no response and my account is still blocked. So unprofessional their customer service is not good at all
