I’m an FNB account holder & I have an ongoing complaint about an eft I did to a company called IBV International Vaults but funds were blocked on their side which is a Standard Bank account, this issue has been ongoing for months with no results or funds being reversed into my account. IBV told me the funds have not went into their account & they no longer with Standard Bank. The funds had a Section 34 which was for a specific period. I’ve also involved the ombudsman with a ref no 23/07-0089640 2 or 3 weeks ago The IBV general manager told me the funds aren’t with them or their bank, I check with FNB which is my bank & there’s nothing in my name
