They treated me like a ********, after my car was ******. It took a month to finalise the whole process. I had to drive around and gather information, doing their work. I have since reached out to budget insurance, asking for a proof of payment from them. My bank account has been frozen and I can't pay for my daily expenses, thus not being able to provide for my family. The bank has said that a proof of payment would be not necessary. It's a simple document and budget are dragging their feet. Yet again not caring about a now ex customer, whom they treated badly before. This is inhumane and just speaks to how they treat people like objects, not caring about their wellbeing. Do better Budget Insurance. Much better. I will take this to the ombudsman. This whole situation reeks.
After an insurance payout a month ago, Capitec saw fit to just freeze my account this morning. No warning, no sms or email asking, just a frozen account. Hours spent on their hotline. Going in twice to their branch. Six hours spent and no resolution. Not even telling them that I live out of that account, I have children. They just do not care. The insurance company will take a day to send the proof of payment through and Capitec will probably take another day. So it's OK if children don't have food for two to three days. Well done capitec. Apparently they can do anything they want to on your account, as they see fit. So now I have money, but I also don't have money. Be very careful who you trust your money with.
They have red flagged me for no apparent reason. I'm still awaiting ANY form of response from them. They sent me another client's details via email. If I didn't know better, I'd think they are a circus, ran by clowns.
Nedbank ratings falling faster than a comet entering earth's atmosphere. Reading through the other reviews it seems like everything is falling at Nedbank. Could you please explain how you can send another clients information, to my email account, with my ID number unlocking it? Why don't you respond anymore Nedbank? Have you fired your staff, like you fired your telephones at your branches? Watch how a couple of the clients get together, find a lawyer and hit you where it hurts. Your profits. Is that all you care about Nedbank? Profits? Then why should any client stay with you. Seems like not even HelloPeter can help you anymore. Not that you care.
Nedbank, I fear that we need to talk. No response here. Do you not rate hellopeter? I think the guys at hellopeter need to have a look at this. Now they're sending other people's info to my email, with my ID number to open it up?! Wake the heck up Nedbank. You're going to lose more clients than a takeaway selling donkey meat. Respond to my message, so we can chat.
Still no feedback from Nedbank. Can someone who knows the CEO , call him and wake him up. He's losing grip on his employees. Seems like I am not the only one complaining about their bad practices. If I do not hear from you before Monday 7 July 2025 , I will be forced to contact the media regarding this. You are playing with people's reputations and livelihoods and you don't even have the decency to contact a person , before you make their life hell. Ridiculous "bank"!
After trying to open up a business account, I was informed that I had flagged due to *****. This was in 2022. Three years ago. It was strange to me, as it wasnt in my credit report, nor was I contacted regarding this. I went into my local Nedbank branch and was told that they don't have any phones and that I had to contact their customer help line. After holding on for about 37 minutes, I was rerouted to about four people. Only to get to the last person, telling me I have to call saps ***** prevention. Still not telling me WHY I have been flagged. So, 1. Nedbank did not contact me BEFORE flagging me for "*****", informing me what it is that I had done wrong and 2. They just don't care about their clients (now ex client). I am now left with a lot of questions, with no answers and struggling to open up a business account.
