I just want to know if NDCSA does debt review cancelling and its legitimacy. If not which company has a good reputation in that regard?

After I contacted you Netstar representative by the name of Julian Van der Merwe spoke to me and sent me the documentef balance of R18886.88. However on the same day before he called me, one Thandi called me to say Im owing the balance of around R23 000. When I asked Julian why their amounts are not the same he said he will find out the reason and revert to me. So far I'm still waiting for the reason, because on 16 May 2025 their rep called me to say my balance is at R12 746.38. I paid R1200 in June. I was expecting my balance to go down to around R11 500 after the payment, but now it is at R23 000 and R18886.88 on the same day. After a long argument Julian promised to inquire and come back to me. I'm still waiting but I have lost trust in the inegrity of Netstar. I see this as a way of making money on the poor.
I had an account with NetstarALT to cover for my cars in around 2017/2018. In around 2019/2020 I failed to make payments due to covid19 financial pressure. They continued to accumulate interests even though I requested them to cancel my account. In 2023 they sent sheriff's to come and attach my belongings because I was allegedly owing around R27 000 due to legal fees. After showing them proofs of payments they agreed to stop increasing interested as long as I don't skip paying R1000 until I finish. I continued paying R1000 and even added extra R200 hoping to speed up my payments. I sent proofs of payments to one Mellisa, Julian Vander Merwe and Deon Musikidi.They didn't send me any statements except calling me and telling me the balance of their choice. On 16 May 2025 one of their lawyers called to indicate that I'm owing R12746.38. I didn't have a problem since I understood that my balance is going down. In June 2025 someone called and indicated that I was owing R27 000 and some couple of Rands which included legal fees. I asked how may times should I pay legal fees since I have never skipped payment since our agreement that no interest will be payable until I finish payin.g, but she failed to give proper explanation except that it is due to legal fees.On 9 July 2025 a certain Thandi called to say I'm owing around R23 000. I don't understand exactly what Netstar is trying to achieve.
My name is Seth. I ordered a seal for a nissan np300 hardbody at BB motors in Tzaneen. I was serviced by a guy called Bertie. He promised to call me for collection as soon as the seal arrives. I waited for about three days and he said he has not received it yet. The answer was still the same after about ten days. I decided to request myoney back since the part was not delivered. He requested that I give him the copy of the invoice,the id and bank confirmation,which I did. I waited,and after about three days he told me they are busy processing my refund. Since the twelfth of July up to date the 25th I have been given empty promises by this Bertie guy for my little refund of R747,87 which Tzaneen BB motors,a company that is making millions, is failing to refund me.
