Cape Bakkie Centre who also trade under the following names: - Cape Car Crew Auto investment Do not TRUST them My experience with this dealership revealed serious dishonesty and safety issues: • The car was presented as a demo model, but I have proof it was not. • A hole under the carriage with excessive rust and corrosion was discovered. • The gearbox mounting was cracked due to this damage. • The battery failed within 3 months, yet they refused replacement, claiming it was out of warranty. • The manager Andre Mostert, was arrogant, refused to assist, and blamed me for the damage instead of taking responsibility. These practices are unsafe, misleading, and financially damaging. Please be warned — do not purchase from this dealership.

I had an accident with my car 23rd July 2025. Fabian Jonck, the Assessor Appointment by Santam informed me after 5 working days my claim was approved. The prompt response and friendly service I received from Fabian was greatly appreciated. He gave me all the information I needed and what to expect from the quantum assessor.
