I had a Beurer IPL 8500 for over 2 years when the battery started giving problems and would only last for 15min at a time. Since there was a 3 year guarantee, I contacted Belinda at info@eurocarewellness.co.za and they collected my device. They were so efficient that they tested the device and when they couldn't determine the problem, they gave me a brand new device that works perfectly. I'm very happy because I was using the product for 2 years already so I didn't think they'd want to replace it. They upheld their guarantee so I will definitely buy and recommend this brand.
