I recently dealt with Eurocare Wellness for my Beurer BM 28 purchase and was blown away by their exceptional service. Andrew Crisp and his team (Jenny and Belinda) provided the kind of customer care that sets South African service standards high. I purchased a Beurer BM 28 blood pressure monitor through Takealot for R549. Unfortunately, the device developed a fault where it would vibrate continuously even when switched off. Despite trying the troubleshooting steps (removing batteries, checking the on/off button), the problem persisted. I am dependent on a reliable Oximeter for regular readings and bought a Beurer PO45 from Eurocare Wellness on Takealot on 11 July 2023. The device stopped working on Saturday, 01 November 2025 and I contacted Eurocare for support, as the device carries a 5 year Warranty Repair. Early on Monday morning 03 November, I started receiving e-mail correspondence from their Office Manager, Belinda Potgieter, to inform me of steps to be taken to honour the warranty. During the next week I received multiple e-mail from Belinda to keep me 100% posted on the status of the repair process. Without having to query the once, the device was replaced as soon as the inspection proved it to be faulty. The replacement Oximeter was delivered to my door on Thursday, 13 November and this whole process did not cost me a single cent. I have never experienced such exceptional service in the last 50 years and cannot even begin to explain how good it felt to be treated as the only person that matters in this instance. Many businesses can learn from Eurocare Wellness how important it is to maintain good customer relationships through excellent service. I willalways be a loyal customer of Eurocare Wellness. I had an issue with my breast pump. In less than a week, my pump was collected from my home, tested, and a new unit was delivered to my home. I had not even filed a complaint or anything. Belinda reached out to me after I gave the product an average rating. She was sympathetic and very patient with me and was very understanding of my situation since it is a breast pump, I needed to feed my baby. Customer care and efficiency like this are very rare nowadays. My baby and I are eternally grateful.

In all this I never got frustrated because the customer care service I received from a Belinda P was exceptional. The communication was always timely and I got constant feedback on the return process and stages. She was incredibly helpful in both cases. Despite the unsuccessful purchase I recommend Eurocare Wellness. It's rare to find such outstanding service these days. Thank you Belinda and Eurocare.

I bought a Beurer Heated Overblanket from Takealot in September 2020. 2 weeks ago it 'died'. I referred back to Takealot only for them to tell me that the warranty had expired. Nonsense. All Bleuler products carry a 3-year international warranty. I managed to locate the invoice associated with this order in my Takealot account, supposedly provided by a company named ShopKing in Cape Town. Tried to contact them with no response; apparently no longer in business. Now to the crux of the matter. i contacted the authorised South African agents, Eurocare Wellness and explained my dilemma. After a couple of emails they discovered that ShopKing is an unknown entity and not authorised to resell the Bleuler products. Bottom line is that Eurocare collected the blanket from me in Cape Town and after inspection at their Johannesburg offices, replaced the blanket without any hesitation. These days it is uncommon for a company to go to the lengths that Eurocare did. Belinda Potgieter their office manager went beyond the call of duty to attend to us, remaining in contact until we had received the replacement. And this under the authorization of Robert their local CEO. Top marks (10/5) to this company. I recommend them without any hesitation at all. This is how business is supposed to be conducted - client care. Thank you Belinda and your team.

I had a Beurer IPL 8500 for over 2 years when the battery started giving problems and would only last for 15min at a time. Since there was a 3 year guarantee, I contacted Belinda at info@eurocarewellness.co.za and they collected my device. They were so efficient that they tested the device and when they couldn't determine the problem, they gave me a brand new device that works perfectly. I'm very happy because I was using the product for 2 years already so I didn't think they'd want to replace it. They upheld their guarantee so I will definitely buy and recommend this brand.

The worst experience with Thomas Vacuum Cleaner. The machine has so many filters and if you don't clean and replace them regularly The engine dies. It happened twice to me over a short period of time. The second time after just 8 months Eurocare refused to help me!. So you take your chances...
