People can use your service or take your product, then apply for a refund. Paypal will refund them no matter the evidence you provide, they'll rule in favour of the buyer. Paypal makes it easy for merchants to be ****med.
I had an issue with my breast pump. In less than a week, my pump was collected from my home, tested, and a new unit was delivered to my home. I had not even filed a complaint or anything. Belinda reached out to me after I gave the product an average rating. She was sympathetic and very patient with me and was very understanding of my situation since it is a breast pump, I needed to feed my baby. Customer care and efficiency like this are very rare nowadays. My baby and I are eternally grateful.

I had horrible service at the Mellins at Bloemfontein Loch Logan after paying R30000 for my glasses. But I left it alone. Now yesterday I got a call from Mellins (from the number 0873504514 at 11:23am on 17/10/2023) and the sales lady explained that I was due for an eye test and asked when I would like to set an appointment, Then as I was explaining the challenges I experienced, she just hung up. So very rude and annoying.

On 6 March 2023, I took a contract with MTN for a SAMSUNG S23 ULTRA during the promotional period of 02 Feb to 06 March 2023. As part of the promotion, I was supposed to receive a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. Five months later and I still have not received the Tablet. They don't answer the calls and barely respond to emails. I've even cc'ed the Customer Centre, but they also just ignore the emails like their promotions department.
I placed an order on 19 Jan 2023 at 4 pm. Less than 24 hrs later on 20 Jan 2023, I received an OUT OF STOCK: REFUND notification and sent my banking details immediately. Now over 4 months later, still no refund. They don't answer the calls. I've sent countless emails. Some receive no response, most receive generic responses promising that "A full refund will be issued within 7 - 14 working days upon receipt of banking details" and that a separate email will be sent (which never happens. After reading the reviews of an overwhelming majority of customers with the same experience, one wonders how this company is still operating and ****ming people.

Zero stars. I have also been scammed by them. No longer respond to emails or take calls after taking my money and then tell me the product I ordered is out of stock. No refund, nothing!! How I wish I had read the reviews before losing my money!!! How many more people will be scammed before they are stopped?!!!!!
