No refund after two weeks. Is it possible that an International Company such as Flight Centre are unable to refund my cancelled flight? I am told that their refund system is 'down' and they have been working on this 'technical' difficulty for over a week now. Seriously, this is very concerning. Be careful before booking with this company!
The best insurance experience after leaving Discovery over 2 years ago! They are easy to get a hold of. They listen. You have an appointed person who looks after you all through the claim, in my case Mpho. They sent an assessor out within a day and paid out my claim promptly and in full. I had the same smooth experience on a pet insurance claim. I am SO happy I moved to OUTsurance. Thank you for not elevating my stress levels!
The worst experience with Thomas Vacuum Cleaner. The machine has so many filters and if you don't clean and replace them regularly The engine dies. It happened twice to me over a short period of time. The second time after just 8 months Eurocare refused to help me!. So you take your chances...
I have tried to close a business account with ABSA lust as lockdown started. My business has failed and I have no money in or out of the account. I sent an online request asking what documentation they need. They replied 48hours later saying my ticket request was closed.... nothing else. I tried again to get help on line through the small business division two weeks ago. No response. Useless!
I have cash sitting in my account which has been locked up! I have tried to call but Covid 19 is the reason no calls are being take. I have emailed three times to ask what I must do to access my cash that is just sitting there. I’m a pensioner and need some of those funds. Is Easy Equities solvent...?
