I am dependent on a reliable Oximeter for regular readings and bought a Beurer PO45 from Eurocare Wellness on Takealot on 11 July 2023. The device stopped working on Saturday, 01 November 2025 and I contacted Eurocare for support, as the device carries a 5 year Warranty Repair. Early on Monday morning 03 November, I started receiving e-mail correspondence from their Office Manager, Belinda Potgieter, to inform me of steps to be taken to honour the warranty. During the next week I received multiple e-mail from Belinda to keep me 100% posted on the status of the repair process. Without having to query the once, the device was replaced as soon as the inspection proved it to be faulty. The replacement Oximeter was delivered to my door on Thursday, 13 November and this whole process did not cost me a single cent. I have never experienced such exceptional service in the last 50 years and cannot even begin to explain how good it felt to be treated as the only person that matters in this instance. Many businesses can learn from Eurocare Wellness how important it is to maintain good customer relationships through excellent service. I willalways be a loyal customer of Eurocare Wellness. I have attended 3 online courses so far and am impressed with the professional presentations and s****s knowledge of the tutors. The Webinar medium to contact students all over the world in one place is not the easiest way to teach and they make it look so easy. Well done to everybody involved.
