INFLATED INVOICE FROM MR DSTV - BE VERY CAREFUL OF OVERCHARGING
Be VERY CAREFUL about asking for a call out from this company. The owner Chris over charged us by a huge amount for a call out, labour and the replacement of 1 part in our installation. When I googled the actual price of the replacement part, it varied between R450 to R800 and he charged R2500 for this part. I refused to pay his over inflated invoice and I asked him to send me a corrected invoice. He argued but eventually gave me a second invoice for R1100 LESS than the first one. It was still an over charge but I paid it because he would not leave my house until he had proof of payment. Be very careful of this company, an invoice cannot reduce by R1100 if it was done in an honest and correct way in the first place.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM MDS COLLIVERY
I ordered a delicate breakable item from CT that needed to be couriered to Joburg. The transport was done by MDS Collivery. It was delivered on time and in perfect condition. What I loved about this company was that from the moment they collected the parcel in CT, until they delivered it to me in Joburg, they constantly kept me informed about the progress. When they were due to deliver the parcel, they emailed me and let me know that the driver was half a kilometer away and would be delivering within the next 5 minutes. So I knew exactly when to expect it. I've never before had this level of excellent service with a courier company. Well done MDS Collivery for your "next level" brilliant service.
