Store assistant and owner refused to refund or exchange purchased LOW QUALITY sneakers

I purchased a pair of sneakers on the 9th of June 2023, I wore them on the following day which was the 10th. I noticed that the stitching on one shoe was becoming lose and I decided that I would make time to return the shoes for an exchange or a refund. I made my way to the store last weekend on a Saturday, the 22nd of July 2023. I presented the store assistant (*Nicky) with the shoes and to my surprise I was told that the store could not exchange or refund me for the bad quality sneakers I had purchased from them. I left the shoes at the store as there was no way I would accept what the store assistant was telling me. They called on Monday to tell me to collect my “shoes” mentioning again that they can’t refund me. Not only did I purchase a pair of low quality sneakers from this store but the store assistants and the owner of the store are rude and condescending. Imagine having a heated argument with a customer in the store?? If you’re ever thinking of purchasing from that store, don’t, rather take your money where you will get value for your hard earned money and good service. I am utterly disappointed with their products and bad service.
