Jackpot.co.za - They took my R401k winnings due to deposit not being over 5k!

I made 2 deposits on this casino the last 2-3 days and made a killing of R401k in wins when i withdrew my first R25k which is the max cap to withdraw i logged in this morning to view. Just to find out that i did not make more than R5k deposit and they took ALL my winnings and gave me 10x my deposit. Just think from R401k in winnings to R35k. How can a casino REDUCE winnings or TAKE your winnigs? Where can i report this?
