Speedy Plumbers George
On Thursday afternoon the 5th November 2025, our house's electricity tripped and after investigating I found that the geyser caused the the problem. I contacted my Insurance Brokers, Choice Insurance Brokers, who immediately contacted Hollard Insurance. Within the hour, Speedy Plumbers contacted me and I informed them that they could call on us the following day. Early yesterday morning they were at our gate. They inspected the geyser showed me a photograph of the problem, left the premises and within an hour returned to replace the geyser. The two friendly gentlemen, Arend and Christiaan were efficient, informative regarding our concerns and it was just a pleasure having them in our home. Such professional service and coordination amongst Choice Insurance Brokers, Hollard Insurance and Speedy Plumbers is very rare. Thank you all for your proactive service

SERVICE QUALITY PROVIDED BY RACHEL PAPIAH ON BEHALF OF CHOICE INSURANCE
I contacted Choice Insurance Brokers to enquire whether a Household Item was insured. Within hours I recieved a reponse. When I furnished them with the documentation that they required, they supp**** me a Claim Number. I was continiously kept up to date regarding the progress of the claim and the funds were deposited into my account within days. Rachel Papiah, thank you for your prompt, friendly and professional service. I was involved in the financial industry for 42 years and aforementioned Service was something special to experience.
