I app**** for Fibre on the 28th November 2023. *********** technicians came out, said we need a second line installed, but then canceled my order. When I investigated why there was a delay, I reinstated the order, only to again have further delays and more issues. Finally I had a confirmed cancelation on the 22nd January 2024, but am still waiting for my refund. Just ridiculous service.
I had amazing service from Helen who is an angel 😇 , I didn't feel a thing and it was a speedy procedure. I recommend them anytime . Helen kept me calm and kept my mind at peace ✌.
