Good day Hello Peter In last year I've complaint to rain about my router it says connected no internet or limited connection all the support operators keep telling me that they can see on their side there is problem with router and that they will escalate the problem to the technical support service but nobody gets back to herewith in last references number 9060117 (31/7/2023) 12653120 (2/11/2023) 14226525 (11/12/2023) The operator just hung up the phone on the 19/11/2023 This morning the same thing happened when I asked the operator if I could speak to someone incharge Am self employed I need my WiFi I lost over R15000 worth of business in December over this WiFi problem but make mistake Rain religiously debit my account on the 15th please help am at wits ends
