Good day, Policy number: 70012614597 I am writing this review to formally raise a serious complaint about Clientèle and the conduct of their consultant. I recently discovered that R340 was deducted from my account without my consent, despite the fact that I had already warned the consultant and the company that I did not authorize any policy. Last month, after receiving a message stating that a debit would go off, I immediately contacted them and sent the following message: “Good morning, Kindly note that I did not open any policy with you. When I visited your consultant at Vaal Mall on Friday at around 15:30, they took all my details and informed me that they were only verifying my information in order to issue a voucher. At no point was I told that I was opening a policy. If any money is deducted from my account without my consent and without me agreeing to a policy, I will take the matter to Hello Peter immediately after the deduction. I was given false information in an attempt to register me as a client.” Despite this very clear warning, Clientèle went ahead and *******ly deducted R340 from my account. This situation raises serious concerns: The consultant misrepresented the purpose of collecting my personal information. I never gave consent to open any policy. My previous complaint was ignored. I was promised a callback within 24 hours and no one contacted me. It is impossible to activate a funeral policy without beneficiary details, yet they still did so. I already have an active contract ending in December 2025, which makes this even more suspicious. This behaviour is not only unprofessional, but ********. I am demanding the following immediately: A full explanation of how a policy was opened without my consent. An immediate refund of the R340 deducted. Urgent cancellation of any *****ulently opened policy. Written confirmation that no further deductions will be made. If this matter is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate it to the Ombudsman for Long-Term Insurance and any other relevant regulatory bodies. I expect urgent and professional feedback.
Yesterday i lost my phone Sunday morning (30 July 2023)and wanted to track where it was and i then went to Mobifind.com website. Then i did agree to pay the fee of tracking my phone which was R12 and it was deducted from my account on the 30th of July 2023. Today(31/07/2023)the very same company debited R585 which was never agreed on. To me I am ****med because they debited R585 without my consent, please assist me to get my money back, I don't have food as I type this message. Please please help me to get my money back.
