Prompt, efficient, affordable, trustworthy and thorough. Probably the best in the biz. I'm emotionally attached to my Kindle Touch 3G, and I was certain that getting it fixed would be a longshot, if at all possible. THEY DID IT. Thanks Chris, you are a lifesaver.
I was contacted by a Tshepang on the 9th of June from Vodacom's call centre to upgrade my data number. She kept repeating that there will be no change in price on my account after the upgrade, but when this first new account came through, there was an increase on this number of almost 12%. The Vodashops says that I will have to discuss this with the call center directly. I phoned cancelations on 17th of July to get the matter resolved. The gentleman who assisted me (did not get his name) said that he is logging a cancelation and someone will be in contact with me to confirm. I have not been contacted yet and the account has not been fixed. I am a client of Vodacom, the more expensive network, because of the fact that their service is better than the rest. Now I am not so sure. The call centre firstly **** to me to make a sale, then I have to jump through hoops to get matter resolved. It is time that people be held accountable for their actions. #accountability #Vodacom
