Good day! I'm so demoralized with what did to me. They can't help to cancel my contract. MTN is drink money from the poor. I wrote this below message to them !! I hereby request you to cancel my contract. I went to MTN store in Bloemfontein known as white house which is now Black House to cancel but during my visit in May they say I must call the call center after the 11th June 2024. I did call the call center but the consultant who assistance harass me and told me I don’t know English and told me the contract I have on the system is only for R65 of which I told him every month I pay about R550. Unfortunately according to him I was talking Greek. So please help to cancel the contract of the laptop Note Book I took May 2021 together with the 4G data. I hope it finds you well Regards Suddenly their consulted called instead of emailing a respond like i did. She told me I should have cancel the contract 30 days b4 of which I went to MTN in Bloemfontein in May and they advice me to cancel after the contract end day which was the 11 June 2024 who's fault is that. Now they told me that my account is in collections. And when I ask the lady what causes that she told me that I owe the R412. So I told her they must stop giving me data. She also didn't find the R120 I paid on her system. Of which I also pay the R450 which will be R570 I paid this month. How much time must I waste to talk to MTN consultants
People run away from this company. These people said they will give you a loan but they won't. They only debit your account for R269 said its a subscription fee of which you must be subscribe before they give you the loan and can't even reverse it.
Good Morning! I am very frustrated with what Absa has done to me. They deduct almost my salary on the 15th of July. I lodge a dispute with their Ombudsperson and they promise to refund me R6400 up until today 01 August 2023. I don't have money for transport to go to work, pay groceries, medication for my son who was operated in May 2023. My other account got arrears, I'm tired of asking people to lend me money and they need interest of which I know Absa won't cover my lenders interest.
