Sub-standard Workmanship
With regret that I have to write another review. How it started. I used Splash Out Pools to Re Fiber my pool. I experienced issues and contacted them to honour their 5 year warranty. They sent someone out after numerous calls and messages for assistance. Had more issues with the pool, they came out yet again with a different individual, and not long after fixing the issue, the painted started peeling off. The concern is that there was no supervision or inspection from Splash Pools after work was carried out. I contacted Dirk 5 December 2023 and was told that they will come as soon as they have funds available. I have been following up since then and have been given the same reason over and over again. I have paid a lot of money to revamp my pool and money is the reason they can’t honour their warranty. I can now give my opinion on their workmanship, which is substandard. I can even say that the after service is as poor as the workmanship.

Poor or lack of after service
I used Splash Out Pools October 2021 to Re Fiber my pool. All went well and I was happy with the work and the service received. In Jan 2023 I noticed that my pool shell started bubbling and contacted Splash Pools to honor their warranty. They eventually sent someone out in May after numerous calls and messages for assistance. I was told that they cannot work on the pool due to the weather (rain) and they will come out at a later stage. We are in August now and I'm still waiting, after yet again, numerous messages. The initial service I received was good, but I can now say that there is a lack or even no after service from Splash Out Pools.
