Lack human decency
This business likes human decency and empathy. Ever you are in a position where your flight is extremely delayed and you just need three minutes wait they will not wait for you. You would say the service is for free the way they are so admin and not helping you to just ask the driver to wait three minutes. I personally would never use a service ever again will never use my money and businesses that can’t help you in emergencies never again.

FNB BRAAMFONTEIN BRANCH - BONGANI BALOYI IS THE BEST
Went to FNB Braamfontein on the 30th of July 2023 , with the intention to cancel my accounts due to my high fees . Was assisted by Ms Bongani Baloyi who literally made me do a 360 on that decision. Ms Baloyi set me up with a fusion account , and with a tax free savings account which I was unaware of previously. Her service was so incredible and professional, she was patient with me and helped me understand everything in every step the whole way . Major point here is FNB has one more customer because of her kindness and professionalism.
