This must be one of the worst experiences I’m currently having with Sanlam Corporate, my last day at the firm was 31 March 2025, 9th April 2025 my claim was submitted to Sanlam. To this day I have not received payment nor any progress as to where the claim is at. I have been emailing Sanlam corp client care, Sanlam docs, I get no feedback just their system email that the claim is submitted, I keep getting told this, I have been spending 100s of rands in buying airtime to call and sit on call for over 20 sometime 30mins until I have no more airtime. This is very bad for Sanlam especially knowing we need our monies very much, my rent did not get paid, my kids have no food for lunches and they don’t care about us people. They just lie to us about paying our monies. I’m very frustrated and extremely upset with Sanlam corporate , my firm has been also following up With them and get no decency of feedback. I want to report this but have no idea who can help me. All I need is my money to be paid out why do we have to beg for what is ours. Pathetic service and pathetic Sanlam you should be ashamed of yourselves.
This must be probably one the most useless Clicks i have ever experienced. I ordered medication last week Saturday, was informed by Monday i will receive. I made over 15 phone calls to the Clicks, firstly i depleted my airtime, refilled again, only because nobody answers the call, Answering service says click 1 for pharmacy which i do, and can you believe i wait on the line for over 5 minutes hoping someone will answer and nobody does, eventually i call and decide to hold, a gentleman answers and i explained to him, all want to know is if my medication is ready for pick up as i stay very far away and have to travel there, and i cannot come all the way there when its not ready. He assures he someone will call me, 7 phone calls later again i try, now he does not answer another lady answers, same story, by this time im tired. I gave my number to 3 different people and to this day i have not received a call not told if my meds are ready. This is by far the most pathethic and ridiculous Clicks Pharmacy. I have no idea really what to do anymore.
So i drove to the Montanna Family Market yesterday all the way from Johannesburg approximately 64km, it took me about 1 hour and 20 minutes to get there, deciding i will have a nice Sunday out in a flea market shopping and will eat lunch. I tried this place and OMG !!!! it was thee most horrible food ever, firstly a whole bunch of lies calling themselves Durban Style. I am a durbanite and i know food. This place firstly was served by two younger gentleman who are not Durban people, i ordered mince and roti roll and a few other snacks the food my goodness!!! it was disgusting. The mince smelt undone it had no spice, no salt cooked like dogfood actually. It is so disgusting that these people lie to the public. Because they feel the sell a few samosas that makes them Durban, its a disgrace to the name. Absolutely horrible. I had not eaten the food just to a few bites and had to throw it away. Im honestly shocked at how people lie especially serving food. They should consider changing the name.
I have been a good few times to this Midrand Govender's Curry Kitchen and i must say that i am extremely disappointed in their food and service. Firstly, the man over the counter is hardly ever friendly, pushes his customers to the side, too quick to take orders and take your money but seem to not be ale to execute the orders properly. He is somewhat rude and does not even have a smile on his face. Be that as it may, after a hard days of work you want to feel the need to eat something nice and homeful. I opted many time for the mutton biriyani or chicken and let me tell you it was absolutely horrible. It was as if the bottom of the pot was being sc****d and i get all the burnt meat and the rice was pathetic....broken rice that tastes like tiny bits in your mouth. Mind you I paid a hectic bill just over R400.00 for this ****. To be honest the food was horrible. Every time i went back to maybe try something different and was disappointment. I just want to say that they seem to just start off nice get customers and due to the horrible food don't care if they loose customers. if they carry on like this they will soon close down. Govender's!!!! please up your game and we deserve better standards.
The customer service received from Natalie, owner of this online WhatsApp business was pathetic. I together with many other ladies at our office orders shoes from her and they all have issues with her, what we order in terms of our shoe size she sends the incorrect sizes and refuses to make any exchanges, she makes up numerous excuses not to exchange yet the fault lies with her. My recent experience is that i am a size 5 and ordered a few pairs which i ordered a size 6 because of the cut, she then sends me a size 7 when i discovered i have the wrong size i asked her for an exchange and she refused and started making all sorts of accusations. It makes no sense in ordering a size 7 (two sizes bigger). So because I have whatsapp disappear earing messages, she looks for a fault and insisted i ordered a 7. She insists that she made no mistake and that she has no complaints yet i work in the same offices and all the other ladies have problems with her. This is shocking And absolutely pathetic service, she sends threatening's messages and is always rude and abrupt. Not only i have experienced her rude behavior but many ladies in our offices has complained about her. Most of her shoes are of poor quality and just wearing them on the first day it breaks. She still refuses to exchange. She is not an honest person and lies alot.
