This has got to be the 100th time we begging for help. We are on a business package with Telkom . We only get to use the wifi maybe a week out of the whole month. Telkom ...url are *******. Too quick to take our money but can't deliver
We have a router at home and we are on a business plan. We pay an amount of R900 a month. Out of 30 or 31 days, we are only able to use the wifi for max 10 days. Service delivery is pathetic.
Once again....we have a hospital plan and are paying a huge amount every month. I have submitted a new script for chronic meds and am being given the run around. Why do we have to be like BEGGARS when we are paying. Discovery is the worst ever
Oil bros...where do I start. Biggest rogues ever. Had too many experiences with them and they seem to be getting away with ******. They never pay for anything. *****ing is all they know to do.
Hi. I write once again concerning discovery medical aid. I have changed my plan back to a hospital plan. I am a known diabetic. When I had savings on my previous plan then I was given meds which were prescribed by the doctor. Ever since we changed over to a hospital plan, I am now being given a generic as there is a co payment. So ultimately we paying for this medical aid and if there is no savings then we are given generic meds. So....the big question is...WHAT HAPPENS TO OUR CONTRIBUTION ON A MONTHLY BASIS ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS NOT BEING UTILIZED??? We are five in our family and our medical aid is hardly ever used. So WHY are we making Discovery rich? If that be the case then we can keep p our money in the bank. There is always a problem. Be it with admission and now medication. This is a total *******.
My daughter purchased a car from Alpine VW Pinetown. She has had a problem with the first and second brand new vehicles she purchased. Took it back n forth a million times. For that price, the quality is terrible. Yesterday she took her car back there for a service and the service from the staff is pathetic. They are totally clueless and have no work ethics. That place is like a circus. I would not recommend anyone to go there.
We have a router at home and a contract with Telkom for donkey years. Our subscription is R900 a month. We have been complaining since last year about the poor quality in our area. Basically our internet works barely half the month. We use it mainly in the afternoon as we all are working and more so for business purposes. We have such a battle as this internet doesn't work and it's a huge loss especially for our business. Telkom is not interested in assisting irrespective how many times we report it.
We have been with discovery for years now initially on a hospital plan and as of two years ago we upgraded to a full medical aid. I went to a third rheumatologist yesterday with the hope of finally finding some relief to my ailments. Fortunately the doctor I saw yesterday examined me really well and knew exactly what he was talking about. Going forward he wanted to admit me on Monday in order to run tests on me in order to confirm his diagnosis. I got a call from him a short while ago saying that my medical aid did not authorise my hospital stay. The question is why am I paying such an exorbitant amount every month if I am unable to make use of it????? To me the only people who are benefiting from this whole thing is the medical aid. Since when does the medical aid decide what we can go into hospital for? In that case shouldn't the medical aid pay half towards the premium? If my premiums are being paid by myself why should the medical aid determine my treatment??? This sure as hell is daylight ******* in my eyes. This stupid system needs to be reviewed. We are paying for a service and we have a right to make use of it. Not discovery benefitting only. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed . I wonder if other medical schemes operate in the same manner.
I have recently been to Happy Chappy for the second time. The food is terrific and the service is excellent. Environment is welcoming and the staff really know how to make you feel at home and comfortable. Thank you and keep up the excellent service.
I have been with Dotsure for many years and to date I have never been disappointed. Their service is excellent. They continue to go above and beyond the call of duty. Keep up the excellent work
