Taryn and Najeerah from the Cape Town branch promised I’d get my refund by yesterday and I have not received it. I expect to be treated with the same urgency I paid that damn deposit. Now I must spend December worrying about my 10k that sits with you. This is after despicable service of them cancelling my won bid, which I had to find out by calling THEM. Pathetic.

I have been so patient with this insurance. Tomorrow will be a month since I paid my excess fee, which was an immediate payment, and which means I submitted a claim way before this. I pay my premium every month, yet my claim cannot be treated with any urgency. My ability to contact people has stood still for an entire month. The courier company and supplier are giving me the round around, lying about coming to deliver, and last week it’s “it was sent back to our warehouse”, when you follow up this week it’s “it was sent back to our warehouse yesterday”. Which one is it? Everyone is *********** and dragging their feet. I handed over the following up and communication to my mom, as I’m drained from dealing with this poor, absolutely appalling service. Even she has to call 50 times to reach one person who can assist us with our claim; what ******* is that? I want nothing to do with this insurance after this claim!!
I would like to thank Ebrahim for his great customer service and efficiency. I only had to call twice and got my replacement Mac within about a week of submitting a claim. However, I got a much cheaper and older model as a replacement so not completely happy with iStore Insure and their antics, but grateful the issue was sorted and I at least have a functioning pc.
