City to city poor service
City to city bus is a nonsense bus dnt even waste your money to book it, its cheap for a reason , its because service is very poor, on the 13 october i booked this bus to Eastern cape and it was supposed to be at the station at 18h30, believe me i am still waiting here its called 19h45 now, no communication nothing , my biggest concern is that, when u buy tickets ,u hav to sign for time so that they can leave u even if u r 2min late , but when its them , nothing happens, what abt this weather , what abt ppl who hav accompanied us ? Very bad service i regret why i ddnt use my Car , i regret big time , Its cheap f9r a reason , i really understand why its cheaper than all buses, no more I advice u guys book tickets for other buses not city to city ...i am saying again more Poor service, no communication, we r getting cold here yeeeeer i hate it

Very Poor service ,extra charges
Very Very poor service , ADT is good when it comes to charging extra money claiming that its a penalty for false alarm, securities are only responding after 13min , i have tested 3 times , they are charging me R57 for alrm on my phone and that thing have worked only w weeks and never work f9r 7 months now , have been reporting but no help, if you respond after 13min what is the use of having ADT , And they alwys tell me that there is electric fence they cnt have access to check my house they dnt even bother checking through walls, its just a tick box task, after alarm they used to call and imform or give me feedback, i only had that f9r 2months and now they dnt bother I have cancel that ***** ADT and i am not gona pay cancellation fee R4500 because you have been giving me poor service, you can blacklist me i dnt care you are helpless #poor service #extra charges #dnt take clients serious #blacklist people for nothing I wish ppl can really see this before joing this **** secutlrity company , All they want is money
