Damaged Laptop

On this day 29/07/2023 booked in my perfectly functioning work laptop for an LCD Screen replacement. When I called in the following Monday to check on the progress, I was told that the Laptop doesn't switch on anymore. The consultant told me that something might have happened when the technician was "opening" the laptop. Had to collect my dead laptop two days later. Never received any apologies. All I got was a damage report which was sent to my Manager.
