Ordered pen and tie clip in early July so as I’d have them in time for sons birthday when they didn’t arrive on promised date I emailed five times tried phoning and no reply absolutely shocked in this day and age the nobody will reply to you after taking your money. So I got on to bank to refund money. Seems to be a common trend with this company.
