I had the worst experience with this business. I ordered a wig in November 2025 during the Black Friday special. I ordered a 12 inch wig, they sent a 8 inch and insisted it was a 12 inch until I told them the wig is shorter than my 10 inch wig. They requested I send it back on my own costs whereas they made a mistake in supply and I would have expected them to pay for the return. After nearly 2 months of pleading and begging nothing. Until I requested for a refund on the purchase, it was only then that I received the replacement wig after 2 full months. As a first time buyer it was disappointing to receive such bad service from them.

So I placed an order with Ayanda on 02/10/2025. Received courier pick notification to track my parcel with. I only received my order on 24/10/2025 because the delivery company only received it 3 days earlier. The dress was beautiful and of good quality but the delivery time took too long for a local order.
Had a very bad experience with this company. They ****med us out of money after selling a car and never delivered. They called on the day of delivery saying they are about 2 hours away from our town. It's now 3 days later still no delivery. We called them and they had a courier company ***** story to tell. They later requested we deposit more money for petrol so that they can deliver the car. When I called today to ask about the already bought car they said it is still available for sale not even aware they're talking to the person that has already paid a deposit for the car. Isaac was the consultant we dealt with.
