Greetings. I was ****med by a lady called Ayanda Langa claiming to be a Broker from Eagle Stock Exchange, whom I met on Instagram. She told me about a promising Investment and that I should deposit R1500 to the Company’s Bank account. I deposited the money and the trade was completed. Upon withdrawal it was forever pending and after awhile the company sent me an email saying that I should deposit more cash within 72hrs for the investment and withdrawal to reflect into my bank account. Please the vary of this Ayanda Langa on social media platforms about her EagleStockExchange.
EagleStockExchange is a ****. A lady by the name of Ayanda Langa is ****ming people on social media platforms, claiming to be a Broker. Please don’t invest any money by depositing to the company’s bank account.
I have not received my cash refund from the returned order I had claimed, on the 27th of last month. 1 item from the order was damaged. I have phoned numerous times and sent countless emails to the company, without any response from management. I have reported the matter to the Consumer Goods & Service Ombudsman and awaiting feedback. The customer service from Superbalist is PATHETIC.
Hi. I’m extremely disappointed on the customer service I received from Superbalist. I had been purchasing from the company for numerous years but have experienced major customer service issues without resolution. I’ve taken the company to Consumer Goods & Services Ombudsman of which they have dismally failed too in assisting me with the complaint. I’m yet to receive my cash refund from the company that I had returned an order made, founding out an item from the order was damaged. I’m yet to receive an apology from management of the company. This happened on the 27 July 2023. Please be vary of the company when exchanging a damaged product.
