If I could give a 0 star review I would. MedXpress do not bother to READ scripts. Its been the second month in a row that they have blocked my order for the simple reason of NOT READING MY SCRIPT. As someone with epilepsy it is absolutely crucial I take my medication! I don't understand how your so called 'client relationship managers' can be so useless as to tell me I have been taking my medication for 13 months meanwhile I came out of hospital in June which is TWO months ago! My scripts are for 30 days every month however MedXpress for some reason has it down for a month and a half. In July I was told that they were gonna lift the block because it was their mistake, now the EXACT same thing happened in August. I don't know if this is a discovery issue or a MedXpress issue but MedXpress keep blocking my orders. I spoke to a lady and I don't want to mention her name but she has told me her superior will call me so I can log a complaint but still have not received a phone call. Didn't know it was so complicated to make a chronic illness medication order.
