100% satisfaction
I have always been 100% satisfied with the service from TAH Kenridge. I have always found the entire team to be highly competent and efficient and exceptionally caring.

Bad faith - refuse to honour their promise of a refund
While my car was being repaired. I paid in full to rent a vehicle from Sani for a week. My own car was ready after 4 days. I asked Sani if I would be refunded if I return the rental car early. They confirmed via email that I would be. Now they won't do the refund. Neither the Hillcrest Branch, nor the customer service team will respond to my emails. When I call they say they're looking into it, but nothing happens.

After the operation that my dog had yesterday, I am impressed and grateful (as always) for the care and service from every member of the TAH Kenridge team
