Delivery
I have been waiting for my orders from Buffalo International Logistics since the 09/10/2023 until date I haven’t received anything, I called them and I was told that my goods were out on delivery and returned to their warehouse but no one has ever contacted me concerning the delivery. I had to pay another delivery fee for what I still don’t understand and everytime I call them they say my parcel is on the way, it’s been over a month now I haven’t got my things from Shein.

Dirty/Worn sneakers
I bought shoes online at XTREND SANDTON Shop BC 27 ,thier rep Kgomotso Manyama decided to send me dirty sneakers that has been worn previously with very bad stains and the sole shows exactly that they have been worn, i sent them an email with pictures and videos but they never got back to me, they are not even picking up calls. I believe they took advantage because m staying in Kimberley.
