Retirement Funds not being paid after 6 months of claim

Hello Peter please assist this company doesn't want to pay my retirement funds,My claim was submitted on the 31 March 2023, they said claims take 8-12 week to pay out. Fine I waited 3 month, then I called. They said claim still in process & should be paid after 21 working days… after 21 working days I called again, now they are telling me I should follow up again after 14 working days.
