Avoid Pargo
Lost my package. Long waits on the phone to speak to someone, get disconnected when you reach the front. Vague responses like "our delivery partner found it and is re-routing it", then nothing.

Good price, great service
Ordered a battery from their online site. Was contacted twice by phone to let me know the status of the order and delivery. Correct item was delivered quickly and in good order. Very pleased with service and product received.

I started using Axxess years ago when they were quite good, but now I dread having any problem as their support is useless. This is another week where they have changed something on the network firewall that blocks a port, and despite providing evidence that they are at fault, their support hardly know what I'm talking about and resort to just denying it's their problem. This will be the year that I go though the inconvenience of changing to another ISP - can't get any worse than Axxess.

Good price and fast delivery
I ordered a pricey kitchen sink mixer tap on Sun night from PlumbItOnline and on Mon morning I received an e-mail saying it would be delivered to Midrand the next day - and it was. Best price by far too.

Trustworthy and Fast
The price of the Samsung S23 Ultra I wanted was by far the best here which seemed suspicious, but reviews seemed positive, so took a chance and did the EFT. I soon received a call from them that the color I had specified was not in stock, but I elected to wait two days for them to source and ship it. They called as soon as they had it, sent me courier tracking numbers, and three days after ordering I have exactly what I wanted along with the promised bonus items. Very happy with the service.
