In 2022 in our area we had power cut for about 1yr 9mnths and it was returned last year. So due to that I had stopped paying for our internet connection with Vuma as they had installed it in my house cause we didn't have electricity. On the 14th of May 2024 I tried contacting Vuma office so I can get back my reconnection and I was told to pay R400 which I did but I did not get any connection. The lady who was assisting me Thandiwe has not been able to help me. After days of trying to get connection I am still not connected and I was made to pay another R400 again so in total I have paid R800 and till today I am not connected. I am truly disappointed in the vuma service cause they are failing me and others in my area and I want my money back cause their service is very poor.
