Vuma flycool is East London have the poorest customer service i have ever come accross, this is my second time coming on this platform to write a review after a month of back and forth with Vuma my service is still no cancelled and i am still waiting for my refund, i have gotten no reponse from them even the live chat and whatsApp is a **** and isnt working.

The worse experience ever, after first payment you guys just dont care about your customers, you don't advise of the terms and conditions for installation after payment. I have made a payment on the 25th june however installation has not been done.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the prolonged WiFi outage that I have been experiencing for almost a month now. As a paying customer, I expect reliable internet service, which unfortunately has not been the case. Despite numerous attempts to contact your customer support team, the issue remains unresolved. This extended downtime has greatly inconvenienced me and disrupted my ability to work efficiently from home. I urge you to prioritize the resolution of this matter promptly and provide compensation for the inconvenience and loss of service that I have endured during this time. I expect a prompt response to this complaint and a clear plan of action to rectify the situation.

I have a recurring debit order arrengement for my vuma Fibre account which is debited every month on the 26th however on the 26th of May my bank account was not debited and as a result my service was suspended. I then decided to call mweb on the 27th of May they advised me that they would take the money later on. I called again Tuesday I was told the system had a problem and would be fixed I asked to be given the TAT for my query but was told they could not do that. I called today 03 June I was told that my query is still not attended and should give it 72 hours. I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service I have received with Mweb as they have proven to me that they are not TCF compliant

Bad experience every single month. Payments are lisaalocated, disconnection of over 72 hours without explanation, high volume of calls, unanswered calls at times, WhatsApp not useful, calls are closed without problems being solved. I'm not happy with the service and will be cutting off my membership end of June since I already paid. Fix your connections and keep to your word please. Vuma is affordable, but has a very bad service

In 2022 in our area we had power cut for about 1yr 9mnths and it was returned last year. So due to that I had stopped paying for our internet connection with Vuma as they had installed it in my house cause we didn't have electricity. On the 14th of May 2024 I tried contacting Vuma office so I can get back my reconnection and I was told to pay R400 which I did but I did not get any connection. The lady who was assisting me Thandiwe has not been able to help me. After days of trying to get connection I am still not connected and I was made to pay another R400 again so in total I have paid R800 and till today I am not connected. I am truly disappointed in the vuma service cause they are failing me and others in my area and I want my money back cause their service is very poor. The serial number of my router is 48575443FBEDAFA5
