I have a recurring debit order arrengement for my vuma Fibre account which is debited every month on the 26th however on the 26th of May my bank account was not debited and as a result my service was suspended. I then decided to call mweb on the 27th of May they advised me that they would take the money later on. I called again Tuesday I was told the system had a problem and would be fixed I asked to be given the TAT for my query but was told they could not do that. I called today 03 June I was told that my query is still not attended and should give it 72 hours. I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service I have received with Mweb as they have proven to me that they are not TCF compliant
