This company is selling cheap batteries in our country irrelevant to the south Africa market
We have been without WiFi for 80 hours outages without proper update from vumatel when I check the site now it's said problem resolved but the mweb still stays problem being attended to horrible customers service from this fibre provider
Horrible customer service you waiting for a agent for more then 4 hours and once one is available when you take more then 2 minutes to reply the Agent closes the chat.

8 days ago i was off for 50 hours now again am off for 12 thus far and the response from Webafrica is "Sandisiwe: My apologies. Since it is an outage there is nothing I can do. Not unless you might find an alternative." how long will i have service and been giving this ****ting response when you a service provider but give **** service. will i be reimburse for the days you are down????
