Vuma Flycool / East London
Vuma flycool is East London have the poorest customer service i have ever come accross, this is my second time coming on this platform to write a review after a month of back and forth with Vuma my service is still no cancelled and i am still waiting for my refund, i have gotten no reponse from them even the live chat and whatsApp is a **** and isnt working.

Fed up with Vuma Flycool
I am disgusted with Vuma/ flycools service, i activated my fibre line, my router didnt go on i contaced vuma they sent out two technicians, they came to my house, said i needed reinstallation they will escalate the matter and have one of their agents send me a qoute and it should be about +-700 they came to my house the friday they will send the qoute to my the very next day, that never happened i sent them numerouse emails asking for the qpute one of their agents told me that they sent it to me and that i should check my emails i did ans still nothing thos was a week later, the next day (saterday) i got the email with the qoute and it waz R1040 i forwarded the email to the lady i spoke to the friday and told that i want to cancle my service and i want a full refund, i am still waiting for my refund i have been sending them numerous emails, but get no response from them, please i need assistance with this matter.

Disgusted with Beacon Bay Burger King
To Whom it may concern This is Ajesha, i ordered from Burger King in Beacon Bay East London using the Mr Delivery App, i ordered two Cheeseburger meals and one Whooperburger with a side of onion rings, my order arrived incomplete, i didnt receive my Whooper burger with side of onion rings and one of the cold drinks was spilled, i called the branch and they told me to contact Mr Delivery, i phoned MR Delivery and asked the lady who answered the phone (Lelethu) she said she would sort it out and that i should go onto the app....got an email that my order has been declined....i need help getting my money back, if someone can please assist.

Bad Service
I have been trying to make a payment, with no luck the easypay number comes up invalid i have tried getting a hold of fly.cool on whatsapp since the 3rd of January still no response.
