No Refund

I never got my refund of R 7000 for the booking I made for December 2020. I had made a booking at the Legacy Luxurious Apartments in Cape Town. They offered a voucher that was not Valid during peak season between 1 Dec 2020 and 28 Feb 2021, I rejected the voucher and requested a refund but to this date they never responded to me.
