I was told the maximum time for assistance would be, normally, 90 minutes, but that I would be prioritized because I was in an unsafe situation. The truck arrived well after 90 minutes. Because of this, I could not get a car from Enterprise for the next day. communication with the local dealership did not help. the problem was not with the towing company, but with hyundai, which sent them the wrong location. No one took responsibility for this.
