Had a problem with my car's battery and was helped out by Khanyisile on the centre number. Quite a friendly lady, assisted me with ease and support. Called back to let me know the ETA as soon as she found out. Even though, the ETA was quite long due to 3rd party availability but was happy with how Khanyisile also checked in after the process was completed. Overall, satisfied with the service provided.

I really wish I can give a zero. My vehicle doesn't want to start and is giving me an error message. I called your roadside assistance as suggested by your dealership in Centurion because they couldnt help me. Your roadside assistance send a battery person after i told them i dont think its the battery because of the error message and now Sanele is telling me they did what they could and I have to arrange for the technician from one of the dealership to come and unlock my vehicle as it can't be towed. I'm left stranded having to leave my vehicle as all branches are closed. If Sanele didn't waste my time leaving me to think I will be assisted maybe I could've called the technician before they closed. I was very skeptical bying this car and there you go and prove me right.

Horrible! Left me stranded at a gas station at 2;00am. Told me it would take AAA 5.5 hours to respond. I called my roadside on my insurance and the same AAA tow truck, that just happened to be sitting in the gas station parking lot, walked over and changed my tire. *** Hyundai?

Flat battery this morning! First guy Scottie came out and charged the battery so I could get home. Then a second guy Rob, came out to our house and put in the brand new battery for us. Whole process was so quick and easy. Both guys were SO helpful and nice! Well done!

I was told the maximum time for assistance would be, normally, 90 minutes, but that I would be prioritized because I was in an unsafe situation. The truck arrived well after 90 minutes. Because of this, I could not get a car from Enterprise for the next day. communication with the local dealership did not help. the problem was not with the towing company, but with hyundai, which sent them the wrong location. No one took responsibility for this.

Last Dec I called my Hyundai Roadside Assistance (HRA) for a tow. It was evening, Temps 21 degrees and AAA left me stranded for 3 hours. If not for a friend I would have frozen. After multiple calls to HRA, I was advised to call another towing service and promised I'd be reimbursed by AAA. Now 5 months later, multiple submissions and calls again to HRA, I have still not received the funds from AAA. The "check in the mail" has never arrived. I am beyond frustrated and have no idea how much longer they will drag this out.

Thank you soo much for assisting when I was in need. In the middle of the freeway at night with no one but me and my kids in the car. I feel honoured even driving around in my car because I know the Honourable “H” will get me help wherever I am. To add on the road assistance team makes you feel calm and give assurance that you will be assisted, they are even friendly and kept asking if the kids are well. Thank you thank you.
