Great Service :)
Had a problem with my car's battery and was helped out by Khanyisile on the centre number. Quite a friendly lady, assisted me with ease and support. Called back to let me know the ETA as soon as she found out. Even though, the ETA was quite long due to 3rd party availability but was happy with how Khanyisile also checked in after the process was completed. Overall, satisfied with the service provided.

Atrocious service!!!
My item was calculated at an incorrect value by fedex despite the shipper sending them an updated invoice. I have sent them the updated invoice which they should calculate the invoice on that I received from my shipper and I’m getting no response from ANYONE AT FEDEX. Customer service keeps redirecting my call to customs clearance (Wayne Snyman, Clyde Francis, Tristan, Tesha Botha) but they do not answer their calls at all!!!

Exceptional service provided by Lemondre Platt. He went over and beyond my request and updated my details ensuring everything is up to date and sorted. Resolved my query in a few minutes as well!

Quite helpful
Quite helpful. Called in frustrated because of a policy renewal change and advisor (Natalie) was able to provide alternative options and assist with changing my policy promptly and efficiently. Very friendly, answers questions really well and finds out more information when required. Very pleased with her assistance.

Good experience
Good experience. Contacted them for an MiEmergency tyre change and they were able to assist me within a couple minutes. Spoke to one of the consultants - Patrick Mbalati, who was really efficient with logging my query with Miway and communicated when they had dispatched a driver. The person who assisted me was Tyron Mott, really polite and efficient as well. Overall, happy with the service.

Spoke to a consultant named Kamohelo Mohoto. Quite a professional individual, provided a friendly service. He was able to listen to find out what my issue was and was able to resolve it in a timely manner, he asked the necessary questions and provided me with the expected output. Exceeded my expectations.

Amazing service received!!
Received amazing service from Thato when I needed roadside assistance. From the time of the call to the time my matter was resolved took about 15mins. Friendly consultant and pleased with the service provided.
