St7571 Asif - Absolutely wonderful service. Asif is exponentially patient. I wasn't very happy with Customer Care on a previous visit, to the extent I gave Asif quite an earful. Not my best moment, as it wasn't his fault at all. Through all of my ranting, Asif remained calm and respectful and eventually did resolve my query. On subsequent visits, Asif has remained kind and helpful.
