Funny how when you start complaining about service and treatment and staff, you don't all of a sudden qualify for bonuses anymore. That's a bit childish supabets
I've been having issues with supabets since the beginning. Their service is practically non existing, their call agents are the most arrogant and rude people I've dealt with in my life!!! Their people are extremely unhelpful, if you call in about a problem or query, you get talked to as if you are stupid. My next complaint will not be here on hellopeter. I will complain at the gambling board of South Africa. That's the next step. On my last review I was told that they would contact me. We'll it's been a week or more now and as expected, NO ONE CALLED?!??
Every month supabets gives a vip bonus based on losses or deposits. Well I've received it up until I started complaining about the lack of service, if any... And it's almost never that you actually get someone to assist if you have complaints or queries. The last two months I haven't received my bonus doesn't matter how much I've deposited. The other thing is that the staff is extremely rude, unhelpful and when you talk to them, they answer you as if they are doing you a favor by just being there. I've made a withdrawal on Saturday, they do pay out on Saturdays and no, my withdrawals are still pending!!! You can speak to st*** who is one of the managers at the headquarters, but even he is not helpful. How do you run a business when basically everyone is complaining about you?
I have been on the vip level with supabets for over a year now. After complaining about their bad service, poor communication skills and all the bad stuff they stand for, I've been removed from the vip because all of a sudden I don't get the vip bonuses anymore. Furthermore, when we make withdrawals it takes sometimes 3 days to receive. I've spoken to the highest person I could in the past, but that even is of ise. Nothing has changed and nothing will. They treat all the clients with no respect and it's extremely frustrating to speak to people who you know for a fact who has no education or no will to help you. I've watched the comments on Facebook and very ironic to me, the black people have almost no complaints but the white people have lots of complaints. That in itself tells me what we are dealing with. SUPABETS, YOU CAN KICK ME OFF YOUR SITE FOR ALL I CARE BUT I AM TIRED OF BEING TARGETED BY YOUR PATHETIC PEOPLE
Me and my wife was in rustenburg at the magaliesview woolies food. We had an encounter with a cleaner that had asked me questions regarding my autistic son. I asked her if she knows anything about autism. She rep**** yes. So upon her saying yes I felt it was none of her business asking me questions as she is a cleaner. I reported her to the store manager. I was told the matter would be taken up as serious because it's ************** and she is not allowed to interact with customers. That happened on the 26th of April. Today on the 1st of May, no feedback has been given by the store manager still and I phoned in to ask about it. The manager wasn't there so I spoke to another person. I was spoken to like no one needs to be spoken to. I explained that I needed feedback and he said that he heard about the matter but cannot give me info because he wasn't there. Which I get, but he was extremely rude and I was told that "you white people always complain". Now you have pushed me to the edge of my patience!!!! I'm seeing a lawyer tomorrow and will be laying a case of ******, ************** and verbal assault against Woolworths. This is unacceptable and I will NEVER set my feet in any Woolworths or Woolworths related businesses. You've just lost alot of customers. I'm taking this also to the newspapers about how you treat special needs kids in your businesses.
I won R100 bonus money on a question that supabets had put on Facebook. I could only make sporting bets. The money that I win is only withdrawable online as it states so on the betting slips. Now I'm sitting with 5 betting slips that I had won money on. Now I'm trying to find out on the call support line how to withdraw the money. But when I do call and someone answer me, they are extremely dumb because they don't know what to say or they try to tell me I have to make a 1st deposit. I've been with supabets for more than a year and I have put more money into supabets deposits than anywhere else!!!!!! Other times when I try to call the phone just dies. You can hear how they deliberately end the calls. This is extremely unprofessional, ********* and extremely pathetic!!!!!! I would suggest that they all do retraining as they are very rude too!!!!!! I'm about to call the limpopo gambling board if this doesn't get resolved TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have a promo where if you deposit R88 you will receive 88 free spins. But in 24 hours you will receive it. Well it's been 24 hours now and yet there are no spins available
I have ordered things on takealot but one of my orders was canceled without letting me know in time.
Awesome service, great and friendly people who tend to you and the management is great. Meals are good and you are definitely safe there with a security guard patrolling every night
