Terrible Service

I was recommended by my insurance to take the car to Car Doctor Panel beaters and 3 weeks later I got the car back but it was not washed and when I washed the car I realize that someone drove the car as it was damaged at the front bumper and on my RHS door has stains that are hard to come off. I took the car and they checked the pictures and confirmed that it was their fault and promise to get back to me as the Manager was not available. From 10 May until now nothing has happened.
