Poor ongoing Customer Service
My company has had ongoing issues with our Konica Minolta Bizhub since March 2025 — constant same error code, failed scanning and copying, and deleted print jobs. Despite repeated calls and emails, nothing gets resolved, and response times are slow. Even simple document requests go unanswered. Very poor service from United Business Solutions.0 replies
