Bad Service

The firm hasn't resolved the case that has been on since 2018 we are on the 5th year without any progress, there is no formal communication in between I have been writing emails and making phone calls but still no progression. The matter is with the master's office as they claim and it has been years not being resolved

High Bill Charges For Something I didn't Choose

I bought the Rain 5G while it was on promo last month my expected bill should be R560 to my surprised the bill is R1644,77 and I didn't level up. I tried calling Rain but the calls do not go through. Very bad service I must say
