I am writing to express my frustration regarding a Callie Dining Table I purchased from Coricraft in December 2022. Unfortunately, just a few months after my purchase, I began noticing multiple cracks developing on the table. In December 2023, I heard a loud cracking sound and discovered that the table had cracked even further. I lodged a complaint regarding this issue in December last year. Despite my numerous attempts to seek assistance by contacting both Coricraft Customer Service and the store, I have not received any meaningful support. Each time I have inquired about the status of my complaint, I have been told it has been escalated, yet no action has been taken. I invested a substantial amount of money in this table and also purchased two Sami couches along with other wooden furniture from Coricraft. As a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount at Coricraft, I am deeply disappointed by the poor quality of the product and the lack of customer service I have experienced. Given the ongoing issues and lack of resolution,I no longer wish to support Coricraft. The deterioration in quality and the unsatisfactory service I have received have led me to this decision. I kindly request a full refund for the defective dining table. I am no longer interested in dealing with Coricraft and would appreciate a prompt resolution to my matter.
Good day, I have been calling the PnP Vereeniging branch( corner Mark and Voortrekker street) numerous times all week to no avail. (016 422 2596). I have had a terrible experience where someone has used my bank card to withdraw a sum of R3500 at the store on Saturday 16 September 2023 at 10.31 am. I require urgent assistance in obtaining video footage of the person responsible in order to take it further. Please may I have a manager contact me , I would appreciate assistance with regard to this asap. Thank you.
I have just purchased prepaid electricity for R2500... I got electricity to the value of R1 961.42. What happened to the R538.58? Please can I have a breakdown of your charges as I find this totally unacceptable. At the beginning of the month I also bought for R2500 and I got electricity to the value of R 1 825.41....again there was a difference of R674.59. In just one month you charged me R1213.17 !!! This is the email I have sent directly you you guys with no response so maybe I will get a reply here.
